My Creations!

Ok, So sometimes I wonder if I get carried away in terms of when Julia Child said, "Learn how to cook... and be fearless!" I sometimes think I am a bit too "Fearless", but then again maybe I'm not...

This is definitely my most prized creation. It is a Giant seven layer cupcake inside of a chocolate shell, which I handcrafted myself. To complete my masterpiece, I iced it with a vanilla creamcheese frosting, and because you can't spell Reynolds without an "R", I topped this cupcake off with an "R" made out of pure-sugar. Happy Birthday Eddie Reynolds, I hope you liked your cake!

And just in case you were wondering just how big the handcrafted chocolate mold was when I finished crafting it, it was HUGE! This finished product was over 16 inches in diameter!

Were you about to think Bryce at Bryce's Sweets N' Sours only did cupcakes? Think again! I make all sorts of things from cookies to pastries to cakes, cupcakes, truffles, you name it! Pictured here I have double chocolate cookie cake balls dipped in silky smooth milk chocolate and froze to perfection!

So I think I have a true heart for cupcakes. I take after the Twitter page "Cupcake Quotes" when I "Confess without shame that I love cupcakes." I think the biggest challenge I ever faced was when I made 110 cupcakes for a local picnic, just a few of the dozens of decadent triple chocolate cupcakes are pictured above!

Because everyone knows you can't spell Chad without a "C"! I made a friend of mine a 5-layer pumpkin/chip spice cake with creamy maple syrup cream cheese frosting. Happy Birthday, Chad!

I personally think Bake Sales are the best idea ever! Every time I host my monthly bake sale I have a bad tendency of going "all-out"... I filled these double chocolate cupcakes with a dollop of chocolate chip cheesecake filling, frosted them with a vanilla/chocolate swirl frosting and topped it off with a bitter tasting chocolate dust!

  1. I've had the honor of sampling some of Bryce's creations! They're just as amazing as they look. He knocked our socks off with cookie bars, and the carrot cake? Yow! A true talent :)
